Your Orthodontic Reimbursement Account is a great way to help cover your orthodontic expenses using pretax and employer dollars. Please complete the Orthodontic Reimbursement Plan Enrollment below to submit your elections for the 2024 plan year.
For 2023 plan year enrollments, please complete and return the Orthodontic Reimbursement Plan Enrollment Form to Baker Tilly Vantagen. Submission instructions are included on the form.
